If you are an existing member of the NUYOU program, all information, tools and resources can now be accessed via a mobile patient support app called COHERE.
You should have received an SMS with details of how to download the app. If you have any issues, please call the NUYOU team on 1800 168 968.
I can’t see my treatment?
To enrol into the NUYOU Support Program, you must have been prescribed a GSK medication associated with the program. If you are unsure about a diagnosis you have received, or a medication you have been prescribed, please speak to your doctor.
Important update: From 1 September 2026 NUYOU program transitioning to ASCEND BioCare*
ASCEND BioCare will provide support for eligible patients and healthcare professionals that include:
- Assistance with S100 prescription processes
- Medication home delivery arrangements
- Injection training and education support
